If you can find a cheaper written quote on similar service terms to our own from a registered company with a website that outlines their pricing structure then we will not only match it, we will beat it by £5. Simply send us the quote, we will verify it and revise our quote by knocking £5 off the rival company price.
We try to keep a close eye on what prices are being offered out there but if you can find a better price then let us know.

We have improved our service further by now offering a dedicated van for same day Express deliveries throughout London and the southeast.
Our Express service prices start from just £50 within the M25 and have the option of a Porter if required, so you can sit back and let Lots2 do all the work!

Punctuality matters
At Lots2, we take punctuality and meeting the appointments we make with clients very seriously. That is why we now publish our success rate on our homepage.
You will notice two figures, the first is for that month and the second is for the year overall. We began this initiative in April 2008 so for April the two figures will be the same. From now on the figures will be updated on a daily basis and although this is self regulated the stats are much like our prices - honest and for all to see on our website!
Couriers generally have a bad reputation and we would like to think that we are changing the perception of couriers, at least with our clients. This may be why we have so much repeat custom.

We are pleased to announce that we have lowered our Express fee within the M25.
We have achieved this due to how popular this service is within London and rather than be greedy we thought it fair to pass these savings on to our clients.
This means that we can now arrange a guaranteed same day Driver Only collection and delivery within the M25 for only £50.
Not only is this excellent value for money for buyers, it also means sellers can offer a 1st class delivery option across the Capital and items arrive the very same day!
The parking is dreadful, the jams are a headache but Lots2 love London!
