Punctuality matters
At Lots2, we take punctuality and meeting the appointments we make with clients very seriously. That is why we now publish our success rate on our homepage.
You will notice two figures, the first is for that month and the second is for the year overall. We began this initiative in April 2008 so for April the two figures will be the same. From now on the figures will be updated on a daily basis and although this is self regulated the stats are much like our prices - honest and for all to see on our website!
Couriers generally have a bad reputation and we would like to think that we are changing the perception of couriers, at least with our clients. This may be why we have so much repeat custom.
